Need your parts and Detail Products shipped directly from our factory to your home or business? Just have your dealer request it and supply us with your complete, correct shipping address (no post office boxes), and your phone number, at the time they place your order with us and your Roadworks® Manufacturing parts and Detail Products will arrive at your doorstep saving you a return trip to your dealer.

Please Note: RoadWorks Manufacturing drop ships to the 50 United States and U.S. territories. Free freight for any shipment only applies to the lower contiguious 48 States. LTL Drop shipments are not eligible for Free Freight.


RoadWorks® Manufacturing will fabricate items not found in our regular product line as long as the items are within the capabilities of our tooling and equipment. Custom orders may require a one-time setup fee in addition to the per item cost.

All specifications for custom orders are assumed to be correct. All custom orders will be delivered and billed through the dealer. Allow 4-6 weeks after full specification is provided and agreed upon for delivery of custom orders. Custom orders are not eligible for, and do not count towards free freight. All custom orders have part numbers beginning with “S”, are not returnable, and are subject to warranty exclusion.


Any request to return a product must be made within one year from its purchase date. The returned merchandise must be in saleable condition and the return will only be accepted with prior authorization. To request a return, call Customer Service at 1-800-448-8741 to obtain a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number. The RGA number must be referenced on the outside of the box or it will not be accepted at our dock.

Accepted returns are subject to a 35% restocking charge and must be returned freight prepaid.

Exceptions will be made for warranty and/or erroneous shipments. Custom (special order) products are not eligible for returns.
